8. Cancellations, returns and refunds

8.2 Exemptions for flowers
This right does not apply to:
goods that are made to your specification or clearly personalised; and
goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly, including fresh flowers.
As most of our floral products fall into these categories, orders for fresh or made-to-order flowers cannot be cancelled once preparation has begun.
8.3 Faulty or incorrect items
If your order is faulty, damaged or not as described, you are entitled to a replacement or refund in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Please contact us as soon as possible with details and, where appropriate, photographs.
8.4 Refunds
Where a refund is agreed, it will be processed within 14 days using the original payment method.
9. Limitation of liability

We are not liable for losses arising from your use of this website, except where liability cannot be excluded under UK law.
9.2 Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any matter that cannot be excluded under law.
